Boom!erang

Introducing Boom!erang, a game I made over the course of one weekend for SGDC's Game Jam Alpha. Play as a demolitionist in a zombie-infested cave, with your trusty boomerang as your only weapon. There's just one complication: your boomerang has a bomb taped to it! Prime the bomb before tossing for an explosive attack, but try not to get caught in the blast radius! Kill zombies and survive to get as high of a score as you can.

-- Controls --

• WASD: Move
• Space: Roll
  • Roll for a short burst of speed in your direction of movement. It has a cooldown, the end of which is indicated by a yellow ring.
• Left Click: Toss Boomerang
  • Flies towards your mouse cursor before coming back. Only one boomerang can be out at a time, so be careful!
• Right Click: Prime Bomb
  • Your next thrown boomerang will explode on contact with the first thing it hits. Throwing a primed boomerang will cost 1 bomb from your bomb count, which will turn orange when your next boomerang is primed.

• Your health count will turn red during your invincibility frames.
• Zombies can randomly drop extra bombs or health.
• Your best score during a play session will be shown on the main menu.
